Jon Asamoah will not participate at NFL Combine |

According to Joe Panos, agent of Illinois' offensive line prospect Jon Asamoah, his client will not participate in this month's NFL Scouting Combine because of a shoulder injury. Asamoah (Guard) has been projected to be one of the first few interior offensive lineman selected in this April's draft. Asamoah injured his shoulder in
Mobile, AL while practicing for last month's Senior Bowl, keeping him out of the game. The shoulder injury will reportedly not require surgery and Asamoah plans to be healthy enough to host a private workout for NFL teams at the beginning of April. |
